throughout the Meeting. Only Pop-up displays which fit on tables are permitted.

The tabletop format allows exhibitors to be in the middle of Meeting activities at a considerably lower cost than a
traditional exhibit located further away from the core activities.

Exhibit Package:

  • 1- 6 ft x 2.5 ft draped table, 2 chairs
  • Identification sign showing company name
  • One complimentary full meeting registration
  • Electronic Lead Capture System enables you to scan the badges of meeting attendees who visit your booth and obtain their contact information instantly (exhibitors will need to purchase electricity through exhibitor services company)
  • Company name in program book exhibit ad (if registration is submitted by deadline)

Exhibit Rates:

  • $1,950—application received by September 13, 2010 
  • $2,150—application received after September 13, 2010 

 

 

Set-Up* 
Sunday, November 7th 1:00PM – 5:00PM

The tabletop exhibits are located in a high traffic areas. Peak traffic times occur at session breaks and before key events.

Exhibitors are invited to attend the Annual Meeting Opening Reception and mingle with attendees on Sunday, November 7
**Exhibits will not be open before or during the Opening Reception

Exhibit Hours*

Technical sessions start at 8:30 AM and end at 5:30 PM every day. Exhibitors may staff their table as early as they like. Peak traffic periods are anticipated when sessions break at midday and day end. Plan to be at your display at these key times:

Monday, November 8th & Tuesday, November 9th - 10:45AM - 1:00PM
(Midday Sessions Break from 11:00AM-12:30PM)                              

Monday, November 8th & Tuesday, November 9th- 5:15PM - 6:30PM
(Last Technical Sessions Ends at 5:30PM)

Wednesday, November 10th – 10:45AM - 1:00PM
